Get in touch by phone or email to discuss your requirements, request a quote or arrange an appointment.

Send or Deliver Your Jewellery

Once your work has been arranged, you can either send your jewellery to us by post or deliver it to us in person.

Assessment & Confirmation

We assess your jewellery and discuss the work required with you. Before anything goes ahead, we confirm the work and agreed quotation.

Step 4

Your Jewellery Is Carefully Worked On

Our experienced jewellers carry out the agreed work with care and attention to detail, taking every precaution to protect your jewellery throughout the process.

Step 5

Final Inspection

Once the work is complete, your jewellery is carefully inspected to ensure everything has been finished to the expected standard before it is returned to you.

Step 6

Payment, Collection or Delivery

Payment can be made by card or bank transfer. If you are collecting your jewellery, payment can be made when you collect. For jewellery being returned by post, payment is required before dispatch.
